Cancellation Policy
At Polished Therapy, we value your time & strive to provide every client with the highest level of service and care. To help us maintain an efficient schedule & accommodate all clients, we kindly ask that you review & respect our cancellation policy:
Cancellation Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. This allows us time to offer your appointment to another client. Late cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% charge of the base price of the service booked. If you do not contact us at all and fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the base price of the service booked. If you arrive 15 minutes or more past your scheduled appointment time, you will be marked & considered as "no-show".
We will do our best to accommodate, but late arrivals may interfere with other scheduled appointments.
